We all go through the crazy, no matter what others try to portray on the outside. You don’t have to know it all. In this life, we learn as we go. No matter how many books we read, classes we take , we are never fully prepared for what life has in store.
I’ll tell you this. The one thing that has kept me. Even with all the turmoil and craziness.

Yes, God. Even when I am not my best. Even when I think my troubles are too great for me to handle. I turn to Him and His word in the best book ever written, The Bible. He has never failed me. He never will.
